		<description>Star: This should be the case. And any industry insider would completely agree with you. But the general public in my opinion will be very slow to turn around on this! The public thinks A technician works in a clean environment with white lab coats, clipboards and nice shoes. 

Someone that is covered in grease and dirt will have a tough time being considered anything but a mechanic. Stereo types are hard to break. Just ask a female Asian driving instructor.</description>
